Performance Marketer

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive sales, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Perform A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid optimization, and creative testing.
Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.
Track user behavior and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.




Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign optimization.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and campaign automation tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and reporting abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
Experience in landing page optimization and sales funnel creation.
Knowledge of remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar marketing tools.
