Qualified Skills
Proficiency in working with NPCI payment rails such as UPI, AePS, BBPS, and IMPS, along with knowledge of transaction protocols (ISO 8583), reconciliation processes, and banking partner integrations.
Knowledge of payment technology stacks, including payment switches and transaction routing systems, API-based integrations (REST/JSON, API Gateways), messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and database architectures (RDBMS/NoSQL/Redis) used to support high-volume digital payment ecosystems.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments using Jenkins/GitLab CI/Azure DevOps, Docker containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and AWS/Azure/GCP environments
Knowledge of payment security frameworks including encryption, tokenization,



HSM concepts, OAuth2/JWT authentication, and compliance standards such as PCI-DSS and RBI/NPCI guidelines.
Ability to leverage monitoring, observability, and reporting tools to track transaction success rates, latency, reconciliation, incidents, and overall payment platform performance.
Robust problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and support identification of improvement opportunities.
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills, enabling collaboration with crossfunctional teams, vendors, and banking partners.
