Job Title: Sales Executive / Area Sales Executive (Wood & Interior Products / Painting)

Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat & Jaipur, Rajasthan,Bhuvaneshwar

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
2–4 years of sales experience in the wood, interior products, laminates, or decorative products industry.

Required Skills:
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent relationship-building ability.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate secondary sales and ensure inventory clearance.
Identify and onboard recent dealers, sub-dealers, contractors, carpenters, architects, and interior designers.
Promote laminates, edge bands, and decorative products.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while providing excellent customer support.
Conduct product demonstrations, dealer meets, and training sessions.
Ensure product visibility at dealer counters.
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams.
Submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
