A5 Automation is looking for a passionate and experienced PLC Trainer to join our training academy. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented PLC training and mentoring students to develop job-ready industrial automation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct hands-on PLC programming training.
Train learners on Siemens, Allen-Bradley and DELTA PLCs.
Develop practical training modules based on real-world industrial applications.
Teach PLC programming, I/O, communication and troubleshooting.
Guide students through simulation, programming and fault-finding exercises.
Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to learners.
Keep training content updated with current industrial automation technologies.
Support students in developing practical, industry-ready automation skills.
Requirements
Robust hands-on experience in PLC programming.
Experience with Siemens / Allen-Bradley / DELTA PLCs.
Good knowledge of PLC I/O, industrial communication and networking.
Knowledge of process control loops such as:
Cascade Control
Ratio Control
Feed Forward Control
Split Range Control
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Training or mentoring experience is preferred.
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related field.
