Responsibilities :-
Design and improve product features and user flows
Conduct UI/UX research and validate solutions with users
Collaborate with PMs and engineers to ship products
Maintain and improve the design system in Figma.
Requirements :-
Robust understanding of user behavior and UX decisions
Ability to independently run user research
Experience in complex domains like logistics, fintech, or operations
Solid visual design and information hierarchy skills
Valuable communication with cross-functional teams.

Ability to measure UX impact using business metrics
Experience using AI tools in the design workflow.
