Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and demand forecasts.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Sales departments.
Check availability of raw materials, components, manpower, and machine capacity before finalizing production schedules.
Monitor production progress and ensure planned targets are achieved on time.
Prepare and maintain production schedules, work orders, and planning reports.
Identify production delays, bottlenecks, material shortages, and capacity constraints and take corrective action.
Coordinate with the purchasing/stores team to ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and help prevent overstocking or material shortages.
Revise production plans when there are changes in customer orders, material availability, machine breakdowns, or production capacity.
Maintain accurate production planning records and prepare performance reports.
Analyze production data, productivity, capacity utilization, and delivery performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production delays, waste, and operating costs.




Ensure production activities are aligned with company quality and safety requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and production planning systems/ERP.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of MRP, BOM, inventory control, capacity planning, and production scheduling is an advantage.
