Guest Requests: Respond quickly to guest room maintenance calls, such as leaking faucets, clogged drains, or running toilets.
Preventive Maintenance: Inspect and service plumbing fixtures, water heaters, boilers, and kitchen equipment regularly.
Emergency Repairs: Locate and operate main water shut-off valves swiftly during urgent leaks or pipe bursts.
System Upkeep: Install, solder, and replace broken pipes, valves, and bathroom fixtures across guest rooms and public areas.
Shift Handover: Log daily maintenance tasks, repairs, and inventory usage to report details accurately to incoming shifts
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
