Eligibility
N.T.T. / Early Childhood Education Diploma preferred
Valuable command of spoken and written English
Freshers with relevant qualifications and experienced candidates can apply
Passion for teaching and working with young children
Key Responsibilities
Understand children and their individual learning and developmental needs.
Work towards the overall development of children.
Create fun, engaging, and educational classroom activities.
Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.
Build and maintain a constructive relationship with children and parents.
Treat all children fairly, objectively,
and with care.
Collaborate with other teachers to create an inviting and supportive school workplace.
Monitor children's progress and report any potential concerns to the management.
Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunchtime, and rest time.
Maintain effective classroom discipline and ensure children's safety.
