Position Title: Production Supervisor
Department: Production
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning
: Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
Team Supervision
: Lead and manage production staff, assign tasks, and ensure discipline.
Quality Control
: Conduct regular inspections, implement quality standards, and ensure defect-free output.
Process Improvement
: Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Safety & Compliance
: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, statutory compliance, and company policies.
Reporting
: Maintain production records, prepare daily/weekly reports, and share with management.
Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production supervision and quality control
