Manage export order processing and maintain accurate order records.
Coordinate with the Export Team for order status, documentation, dispatches, and pending orders.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update sales, order, customer, product, dispatch, and inventory databases.
Robust Excel knowledge is very significant for this role.
Work extensively on VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, filters, data validation, and data cleaning.
Analyse large datasets and prepare meaningful reports for management.
Track pending orders, dispatches, deliveries, and other export-related activities.
Coordinate with Sales, Export, Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Dispatch teams.
Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy and timely updates.
Create and improve Excel-based reports and dashboards.
Provide timely data and reports to management for decision-making.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of business data.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
