Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, lighting, motors, pumps, AHU, FCU and other equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and attend maintenance complaints.
Monitor equipment performance and report major faults to the supervisor.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
Maintain daily maintenance logs, checklists and service reports.
Follow safety procedures and site maintenance standards.
