Role & responsibilities
Hands-on Experience in salary processing and computing tax liability.
Statutory compliance PF, ESI, PT, and LWF
TDS calculation and return filing (Quarterly/ Annually)
Calculation and processing of full and final settlement.
Updating and maintaining payroll records
Ability to handle queries related to income Tax & its exemptions independently as well as Form-16 of employees.
Knowledge of Software (i.e. MS Office (Excel, word) Drawing Box, Payroll Software).
Positive written and Verbal communication
