Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Exstream & Quadient Inspire CCM Developer/Architect with solid expertise in designing, developing, configuring, and architecting Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream Designer and Quadient Inspire , particularly in document composition, automation workflows, templates, data processing, and print/output management.

Responsibilities
Develop and design customer communication templates using OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire .
Create templates, flow pages, components, and tables.
Configure Inspire Automation and Scaler workflows .
Work with different data formats and output files such as PDF and AFP .
Perform unit testing, debugging, and support QA/testing.
Analyze business requirements and prepare technical solutions.
Support print, email, and other customer communication requirements.
Review code and mentor junior developers.
Work on Banking documents such as Statements, Taxes, and Cheque Processing .
