Role & responsibilities
Database Platforms: EDB PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
Tools: pgBackRest, WAL, pgBouncer, PG Pool, PEM, MySQL Workbench, MySQL replication, EFM, and monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, or Prometheus.
Scripting: Proficiency in SQL, Bash, Python, or other automation languages.
Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure (experience with cloud-specific database services is preferred).
Security: Robust knowledge of database security protocols and compliance standards.
Operating Systems: Linux (preferably Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL) and Windows Server.
Soft Skills:
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Proactive approach to learning and applying current technologies.
