We are looking for proactive and responsible candidates who can effectively manage teams and oversee daily operations for our AI Data Operations team. Candidates from a Management background (BBA, MBA, or related fields) will be preferred.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (Management background is a plus) . Must be willing to relocate as per business requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in team management, operations, or leadership roles. Positive communication skills in English, Hindi. Proficiency in Tamil or Kannada ( Both speaking and writing) . Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer and reporting skills.

Key responsibilities

Manage and supervise the AI Data Operations team. Monitor productivity, quality, attendance,



and task completion. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Resolve team and operational issues efficiently. Maintain performance reports and operational records. Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
