Role & responsibilities A ) Departmental Control & Supervision
Oversee daily operations of the Refining Department, ensuring adherence to process standards and production targets.
Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain smooth workflow.

B) Loss Recovery and Reduction
Analyze gross loss data and initiate corrective measures to minimize factory-level losses.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize recovery of materials from waste and by-products.
Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of losses and recovery rates.

C ) Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to chemical handling and departmental safety protocols.




Promote a culture of safety by conducting regular training, audits, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with all local and organizational EHS (Workplace, Health, and Safety) regulations.

D) Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for improvement in refining processes and recommend initiatives to enhance recovery and reduce net loss.
Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost-saving projects.
Maintain documentation of improvement activities and performance metrics.
