Real Estate Executive – Land & Plots

We are looking for a Real Estate Executive to handle sales of residential plots and land projects.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references, social media, and field activities.
Contact customers and understand their land/plot requirements.
Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, and payment options.
Arrange and accompany customers for site visits in Tambaram and nearby areas.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Handle client enquiries, meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales and project team for smooth customer handling.
Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.

Requirements
Any Graduate
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate or sales.




Valuable communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Knowledge of Tambaram and surrounding areas is preferred.
