We are looking for a detail-oriented Proposal / Quotation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer RFQs, preparing accurate cost estimates, and developing technical and commercial proposals for industrial automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer RFQs, specifications, and technical drawings.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), costing, pricing, and estimates.
Develop technical and commercial proposals/quotations.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Sales teams for accurate bid preparation.
Ensure proposals are technically compliant and commercially competitive.
Follow up on submitted quotations and support the sales team during the bidding process.
Maintain proposal documentation and ensure timely submission of bids.
Required Skills
Experience in Proposal, Quotation, Estimation, or Tendering.
Strong understanding of RFQ analysis and technical documentation.
Knowledge of BOM preparation, costing, and pricing.




Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Good proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
