Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Surat. The Telesales Representative will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce, promote, and sell e-commerce services and solutions to potential and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining product features and benefits, handling objections, and closing sales.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls and sales activities, following up on leads, and providing basic customer support. The Telesales Representative will collaborate with the sales and training teams to improve scripts, share feedback from customers, and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
Candidates should possess Customer Support and Sales skills.
Candidates should possess Training and coaching-related skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and engaging with diverse customers.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools is an advantage.
Prior telesales or e-commerce experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
