Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned F&B; Manager to lead food and beverage service delivery across our catering vertical,



with a solid focus on high-profile embassy, diplomatic, and premium corporate events. This role demands a hospitality professional who combines refined service execution with sharp commercial acumen- someone equally comfortable overseeing a formal pre-plated dinner for a diplomatic delegation and managing a large-scale buffet setup, while keeping a close eye on event profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end F&B; service for embassy, diplomatic, and premium catering events, ensuring protocol-appropriate standards are maintained throughout
- Oversee wine service, pre-plated (plated) service, and buffet setups, ensuring consistency in presentation, pace, and guest experience
- Own the cuisine and beverage planning for events curating menus and pairings across Indian, continental, and international cuisines, along with wine, spirits, and cocktail service
- Compute and monitor event-level profitability co
