Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and generating qualified leads through research, networking, and outreach.



The position involves conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, and proposing suitable Brillnex Technologies learning solutions. The Executive will manage and grow key accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market demands. Daily activities include tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and contributing to strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in Business Development, Sales, and Lead Generation.
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn, meet targets, and work in a team.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
