Role Description This is a full-time Computer Aided Design (CAD) Manager role based in Lucknow, structured as a hybrid position that allows some work from home. The CAD Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of CAD standards across projects to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating BIM and CAD workflows, and supporting project teams with accurate design documentation. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and models, while resolving design and documentation issues. The CAD Manager will also train and mentor CAD staff, monitor project timelines related to design documentation, and support continuous improvement of digital design practices.
