Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Consultant cum Center Head. The role involves managing day-to-day center operations, including overseeing client appointments, coordinating clinical and support staff, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The individual will engage with prospective and existing clients,



conduct consultations to understand their hair and skin care needs, present appropriate treatment options, and drive sales conversions while maintaining ethical standards. Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, monitoring customer satisfaction, handling escalations, and implementing customer feedback to improve service quality. The Center Head will also support local marketing initiatives, maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure adherence to company policies, protocols, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
