Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time on-site at The Allure Studio’s Bengaluru location. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, preparing layouts and mood boards, and coordinating space planning and interior details. The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors,



and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. The Interior Designer will also oversee site visits, monitor project progress, support budget and timeline adherence, and ensure final installations meet agreed quality and design standards.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Architecture coordination to optimize layouts and ensure structural feasibility.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and technical documentation for on-site execution.
Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic visualization tools.
