ABOUT THE ROLE
Back2Study is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive student acquisition and enrolment for UK university programs. The role involves prospecting and lead generation, counselling prospective students, managing the sales pipeline, closing admissions, and exceeding revenue targets through strategic campaigns and client engagement activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, prospect, and qualify leads for UK university programs through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Conduct sales calls, consultations, and demonstrations to pitch UK university programs to prospective students.
• Guide students through the complete sales and enrolment journey for undergraduate, postgraduate, and pathway programs in UK universities.




• Counsel and persuade students on program selection, university fit, eligibility, and application procedures.
• Facilitate application submissions and coordinate with university partners to secure offer letters and enrolment confirmations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and objection handling to improve conversion rates and close sales.
• Generate qualified leads through campaigns, digital marketing, student networks, and business development initiatives.
• Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline records, student interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for visa guidance, documentation, and post-enrolment onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to ensure repeat referrals and positive word-of-mouth.
• Achieve monthly admission sales targets, revenue targets, and conversion KPIs.
