Role Description The Food and Beverage Executive is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations to deliver high-quality service and guest satisfaction in all dining outlets and event spaces. This full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh involves supervising service teams, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, managing reservations and table settings, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The individual will assist in menu planning, support cost control initiatives, monitor inventory, and help maintain consistent presentation and service standards across restaurants, bars, and banquets. The role also includes handling guest feedback, resolving service issues promptly, and collaborating with other departments to support events, promotions, and special functions.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Food Service and Food & Beverage operations skills, with experience in restaurant or hotel environments.




Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, including guest relationship management and issue resolution.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members, guests, and cross-functional hotel departments.
Candidates should possess practical Culinary Skills or a solid understanding of kitchen workflows and menu offerings to support service quality.
Relevant hospitality education (diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field) and prior experience in a similar F&B; supervisory or executive role are beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, familiarity with food safety standards, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are preferred.
