Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Dhamtari. The Civil Engineer will plan, design, and oversee civil works related to road construction, structural projects, and associated infrastructure for the group’s operations.



Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and technical specifications, conducting site visits and surveys, monitoring work progress, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, site supervisors, and internal stakeholders, resolving technical issues, and optimizing construction methods and material usage. The Civil Engineer will also assist with cost estimates, project scheduling, documentation, and reporting to support timely and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, including structural analysis, materials, and geotechnical concepts.
Proficiency in engineering design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) and ability to interpret drawings and technical documents.
