Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly agile, tech-enabled, and client-centric Project Manager / Engagement Manager to lead complex learning and leadership development engagements for global clients across the European region.

This role goes beyond traditional program coordination and requires an individual who can independently manage high-velocity, multi-stakeholder, technology-driven delivery environments while partnering credibly with senior client stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline, operational ownership, stakeholder management, and up-to-date technology fluency, including comfort with AI-enabled workflows, digital collaboration platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
