Role Overview
As a Business Development Intern, you will be the front line of our outreach engine — identifying,
contacting, and converting potential partners across cafes, event management companies, car
dealerships, corporate gifting brands, and corporates for collaborations and bulk/gifting orders.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct a minimum of 10–15 outreaches daily via cold calls, cold messages
(Instagram/LinkedIn/WhatsApp), and cold emails
• Identify and build a target list of prospects: cafes, event managers, car dealerships, corporate gifting
companies, and corporates
• Pitch collaboration and partnership opportunities tailored to each prospect type
• Track all outreach and follow-ups systematically — no lead left unfollowed
• Maintain a simple outreach/CRM tracker (calls made, responses, status, next follow-up date)
What We're Looking For
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in cold calling and cold messaging — comfortable with rejection and persistence
Self-motivated; able to work independently against daily targets
• Basic understanding of sales/BD funnels (outreach follow-up close) is a plus
• Prior experience closing leads/deals is preferred
• Own laptop/phone and stable internet connection
Compensation Structure
• 10% commission on every successfully closed collaboration/deal sourced by the intern
Milestone upgrade: Once the intern closes 3 clients clients, a monthly base
stipend will be started, in addition to a 5% ongoing commission on every successful closing
thereafter
• Performance certificate + Letter of Recommendation on successful completion
• Potential for a paid / full time BD role based on performance
