About the Role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build Even's creator engine from the ground up. Healthcare is a trust business, and creators — doctors, health and fitness voices, lifestyle influencers — are how we earn that trust at scale. You'll own the influencer program end to end: discovery, deals, briefs, content, and the numbers that prove it works.

What You'll Do





Build and own Even's influencer program across Instagram and YouTube — from strategy to execution.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators (health, fitness, lifestyle, and doctor-creators) who fit Even's brand.
Negotiate commercials and manage contracts, deliverables, and timelines end to end.
Write sharp briefs and work with creators to produce content that is authentic to them and on-brand for Even.
Track performance rigorously — reach, engagement, traffic, signups — and double down on what converts.
Repurpose winning creator content across paid, social, and CRM channels.
Stay on top of creator trends, formats, and platform changes.

What You'll Need

2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing — in-house at a consumer brand or at an agency managing consumer accounts.
A solid network of creators and talent managers, and proven experience negotiating and closing creator deals.
