Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships,



and expanding the company’s market presence in web solutions and digital marketing services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will coordinate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, track sales pipelines, report on performance metrics, and contribute to strategic planning for revenue growth. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and participation in networking events to strengthen the company’s brand and partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, sales, and account management, with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
Experience in IT, web design/development, or digital marketing services, with an understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and eCommerce concepts.
