We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and finance work, with a strong focus on project vendors, payments, expenses, and receivables.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting, be comfortable working with vendors and project teams, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Handle project vendor accounts and bookkeeping
- Verify vendor bills, invoices, and payment requests
- Track vendor payments and outstanding amounts
- Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile balances
- Perform regular bank reconciliation
- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records
- Track and manage project-related expenses
- Record and monitor site and project expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and project teams for bills and payment follow-ups
- Check invoices and supporting documents before processing payments
- Maintain proper records of receipts, payments,



and expenses
- Assist with monthly financial reports and MIS

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounts
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Project-based companies is preferred
- Good understanding of AP, AR, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation
- Experience handling vendor accounts and payments
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP software
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, site teams, and internal departments
