Role Description
As a Customer Relationship Executive at Jeta Futures, you will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their requirements, and assisting them throughout their journey with the company.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients through calls and other communication channels.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about our services.
Guide clients through account-related processes and assist them with necessary steps.
Follow up with clients regarding their account activity, requirements, and ongoing engagement.
Keep clients informed about relevant updates, opportunities, and services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Work towards improving client engagement, satisfaction, and overall business growth.
