SIKAO, a contemporary design gallery in Mumbai, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team from September 2026.
This is a hands-on role for someone interested in contemporary design, artists' practices, and the workings of a gallery. The position will involve a mix of artist relations, logistics, project coordination, and backend sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Liaising with artists, designers, and artisans
Coordinating installations and logistics
Managing inventory records and gallery documentation
Managing artist contracts
Ensuring deliverables from artists and maintaining deadlines
Supporting exhibitions, fairs, and gallery operations

We're Looking For Someone Who
Is highly organised and detail-oriented
Has robust written and verbal communication skills




Is comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
Has proficiency with spreadsheets and administrative systems
Has an interest in contemporary design, art, architecture, or related fields
Previous gallery, design, arts, or creative industry experience is a plus

Location: Mumbai

Work Arrangement: Full time at Cuffe Parade, Mumbai office
