We’re building something ambitious at ScrollAR4U Technologies, and we’re looking for a CMO who doesn’t just want a designation - we want someone who wants to own the growth story.
This is a leadership role for a marketer who knows how to turn a good product into a strong brand, build demand, acquire customers, and create a repeatable revenue engine.

What you’ll own

Define and execute the company’s marketing and growth strategy
Build our brand positioning and go-to-market strategy
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Build organic and paid marketing channels
Lead content, social media, partnerships and campaigns
Identify current markets, audiences and growth opportunities
Build and manage the marketing team as we scale
Track what actually drives revenue - not vanity metrics
We’re keeping the compensation model flexible.

You can choose the structure that works best for you:
Option 1 - Only Salary
A fixed compensation package based on your experience and the scope of the role.

Option 2 - Only Revenue Share
No fixed salary.



You earn a percentage of the revenue generated through the growth channels and initiatives you build and manage.

The revenue-share structure will be discussed transparently with the selected candidate.
Who we’re looking for

Someone who has a track record of building, not just managing.

You should understand marketing beyond posting on social media. You should be comfortable with positioning, acquisition, funnels, conversion, partnerships, analytics and revenue.

Most importantly, you should be willing to take responsibility for outcomes.
