Job Description:
Athira is an affordable luxury 925 sterling silver jewellery brand for modern Indian professionals. We're launching our first mall kiosk in Bhopal and are hiring a Sales Associate to be the face of our brand at this new physical touchpoint.
This is a great opportunity to join an early-stage, fast-growing D2C jewellery brand and be part of our offline retail expansion from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage customers at the kiosk, understanding their preferences and guiding them to suitable pieces
Handle day-to-day sales, billing, and basic inventory upkeep at the kiosk
Maintain kiosk presentation, display standards, and product organization
Build customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals
Communicate product details clearly, including material, care instructions,



and brand policies (returns, exchange, warranty)
Report daily sales and stock updates to the founding team
Requirements:
Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred
Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply
Comfortable with basic billing/POS operations (training provided)
Presentable, well-spoken, and customer-service oriented
Based in or able to commute daily to Bhopal
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Compensation: ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives
