Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, prospects, and channel partners. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable projects,



and guiding clients through the entire sales and post-sales process. The role involves regular follow-ups, handling queries, coordinating site visits, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to closing and handover. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align client expectations with project offerings and support revenue growth. The position also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing basic reports, and representing R2R Developers in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Qualifications
Client relationship and communication: Ability to build long-term client relationships, robust interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and professional presentation abilities.
Sales and negotiation: Experience in consultative selling, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
