Role Description The Associate Founder will support strategic and operational initiatives that drive the growth of ICU247-IIMT Meditech, contributing to business planning, partnerships, and execution of key projects. In this part-time hybrid role, based in Noida with flexibility for some work from home, the individual will collaborate with leadership on market research, product refinement,
and expansion of Smart ICU and hospital management offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating with clinical and technical teams, preparing presentations and reports for investors or partners, and assisting with process improvements and documentation. The role also involves helping shape company culture, supporting hiring decisions for critical roles, and maintaining strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and vendors. The Associate Founder will work across functions to ensure that strategic objectives align with operational realities and patient care goals.
