Role Description The Perfumer / Fragrance Development Associate will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the founding team to develop and refine home and personal fragrance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching fragrance trends and ingredients, blending and testing scent compositions, and documenting formulas and evaluation notes.



The role involves ensuring that all fragrances meet Nytarra’s standards for quality, safety, and clean ingredient use, as well as supporting small-scale production runs and stability testing. The associate will participate in sensory evaluations, assist with fragrance briefs for current launches, and provide input on packaging, product stories, and customer experience. This role also includes occasional support for customer education, retail partners, and internal training on fragrance profiles and usage.
