Role Description The Mergers and Acquisitions Associate will support end-to-end transaction advisory, including evaluation, structuring, and execution of M&A; deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial, legal,



and tax due diligence; performing valuations and financial modeling; preparing transaction documents and investor materials; and assisting in deal negotiations and closings. The role requires close collaboration with senior advisors and cross-functional teams to analyze strategic fit, identify risks, and recommend solutions that align with client objectives. The Associate will also monitor market trends, support business development initiatives, and contribute to client presentations and reports. This is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur.
