Role Description The Quality Inspection Engineer Internship – CNC Manufacturing is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. Interns will assist in inspecting CNC-machined components, verifying dimensions and tolerances against engineering drawings, and documenting inspection results using standard quality tools. The role involves supporting quality control procedures on the shop floor,



collaborating with machinists and engineers to identify nonconformities, and helping implement corrective and preventive actions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting basic testing of parts and assemblies, maintaining measurement equipment logs, updating quality records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency. Interns will also learn to interpret mechanical and electrical engineering specifications, follow safety guidelines, and adhere to company quality standards and workflows.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering concepts relevant to CNC machining, including engineering drawings, GD&T; basics, and manufacturing processes.
Skills in Quality Control and Inspection, including use of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and documentation of inspection results.
