Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Noida. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage prospective business customers, explain Justdial’s services and JD Omni solutions, and convert leads into successful sales.



Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing deals in line with revenue targets. The role also involves providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, gathering market feedback to improve offerings, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with customer service, marketing, and training teams to support business growth and strengthen long-term client relationships.
