Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Gurugram. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various retail, customer, and operational systems to support business decisions.



Responsibilities include performing quantitative analysis, building reports and dashboards, and identifying trends in sales, footfall, customer behavior, and operational performance. The role will support cross-functional teams by preparing data-driven insights, presenting findings in clear formats, and contributing to forecasting and performance tracking. The Data Analyst will also collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, improve data quality, and recommend actions that enhance efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
Candidates should possess solid Statistics knowledge to interpret data, measure performance, and support forecasting.
