Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, TMC, and other manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair machine electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
Maintain and support FANUC-controlled CNC machines and industrial robots.
Diagnose machine faults using PLC logic, HMI, alarms, and electrical drawings.
Support robotic system operation, maintenance, and programming modifications.
Ensure minimum machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, quality, and equipment reliability.
Prepare and maintain maintenance records, equipment history cards, and reports.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure optimal machine availability.
Perform machine installation, commissioning, and alignment activities when required.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality,



and maintenance standards.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance OEE and reliability.
Solid knowledge of CNC, VMC, and TMC machine maintenance.
Experience with FANUC controls and robotic systems.
Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Omron, or equivalent).
Understanding of electrical circuits, drives, motors, sensors, servo systems, and HMIs.
Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Familiarity with TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and PLC schematics.
