Key Responsibilities
Handle customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products based on their preferences and requirements.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store sales.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive buying experience.
Maintain a qualified and presentable appearance at all times.
Communicate product details, pricing, offers, and other relevant information clearly to customers.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers as required.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience is mandatory.
Candidates must have prior experience in the Jewellery Industry.
Graduate in any discipline.
Should be presentable, well-groomed, and confident.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive command of Hindi and English is mandatory.
Knowledge of Gujarati and Marathi will be an added advantage.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
