Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, portals, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Maintain lead details and follow-up status in CRM.
Qualify leads and transfer potential customers to the Sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Preferred Skills
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Robust follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales.
Customer-handling skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
Ability to work with targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
