Job Title: Manager - Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:
End-to-end sales of vacant and current properties through leads assigned in CRM
Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant

Properties.
Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
Achieving a target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Proficient in both Hindi & English, and local language is an advantage
MS Office
Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
A graduate from any discipline is preferred
1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
Applicant must be currently employed or serving a notice period
