Manage and schedule daily tasks for QC inspectors, analysts, and laboratory technicians.
Train recent hires on testing protocols, safety guidelines, and company compliance policies.
Evaluate employee performance and provide continuous technical guidance and support.
Audit production processes regularly to ensure they follow established ISO or GMP quality regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
