Python Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Python Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The role involves hands-on development, solution design, technical leadership, team mentoring, and client/stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and development of Python-based applications and microservices.
Develop REST APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Drive technical decisions, code reviews, coding standards, and best practices.
Design and deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architects, BAs, and Project Managers for end-to-end delivery.
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
Participate in client discussions, solution workshops, and technical presentations.

Required Skills




Robust hands-on experience in Python 3.x.
Experience with FastAPI / Django / Flask and REST API development.
Robust understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Microservices.
Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Exposure to Kafka/RabbitMQ/Azure Service Bus and API integrations.
Experience with PyTest/Unit Testing.

Experience
6- 10 years of software development experience with at least 1 year in a Technical Lead role.
Experience in enterprise application development and Agile/Scrum methodology.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
