Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads through calls, references, and other sales channels.
Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.
Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and other internal teams for lead conversion.
Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Stay updated on property projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, or a similar sales role.




Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Valuable knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM software is preferred.
